You will lead and drive HR activities related to: Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, organizational culture, rewards and recognition, retention and development activity in order to elevate morale levels and ensure sustaining a competitive environment that retains the talents in a competing job market.

Compensation & Benefits:
Design and manage implementation of the employee benefits program and total rewards strategy.
Design and manage the implementation of job analysis and job evaluation tools and methods for agile job grading.
Responsible for payroll processing timely and accurately.
Tracking and updating relevant entries in the HR Information system for the smooth running of payroll and reports.
Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
Compute EOS as per the Saudi Labor laws. Prepare EOS benefit and coordinate with Finance and Auditing for settlements/payments.
Documenting terminations, absences, compensation, and benefits information.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Leading the creation of initiatives to develop, grow and empower the leaders and people.
Leading the development and coordination of employee events that inspire the team.
Supporting the development of programs to build and embed the organizational culture.
Help devise and deliver development, retention, engagement and succession strategies to drive a “best place to work” culture.
Build and lead an effective onboarding process to accelerate the onboarding of new employees into the company and culture.
Conduct an exit interview, recommend solutions & ideas to enhance employees’ engagement & stability.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in relevant field.
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Education and Certification Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is required.
Knowledge and Ability Qualifications:
Fully Proficient knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and any relevant legislations.
Ability to work pleasantly with a team, multitask and stay organized.
knowledge of design and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies.
Knowledge about HR insights and data analysis.
Able to lead and manage a remote team.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
Advanced in Excel, familiar with ERP and HR systems
