The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the Group across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, India, UK, and USA, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk, and governance.

 Key Responsibilities :

  • Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO.
  • Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.
  • Participate in establishing, reviewing & implementing the company’s strategy upon short & long term.
  • Execute monthly, yearly forecast & tax planning.
  • Providing leadership, direction and management to the finance, and accounting teams.
  • Oversee the Company’s transaction processing systems.
  • Implement operational best practices.
  • Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package.
  • Build costing systems, BOQ, pricing models and support finance teams in setting up standard cost.
  • Preparing feasibility studies for new projects & business plan.
  • Develop tools to provide critical financial & operational information to the CEO.
  • Implement budgetary control, improve working capital, and evaluate the financials & restructure the accounting & financial system.
  • Ensure the delivery of regular financial performance information to the CEO in a timely manner.
  • Represent the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, auditors, public officials, etc.
  • Ensuring Compliance with appropriate auditing standards & budget audit requirements.
  • Enhancing a cost reduction plan if needed.
  • Ensuring that the policies & procedures comply with the KSA laws (Taxes, Investment rules, etc).
  • Ensuring timelines for taxation in kingdom (i.e., VAT, Zakat; withholding taxes etc.) including planning, reports, payment, legal matters/ arbitration.
  • Managing the strict timely reporting in compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations, and overseeing financial results,

Educational and experience qualifications:

  • Possess at least 10 years’ experience in a progressively responsible financial leadership role.
  • At least 5 years in a CFO position.
  • Accounting, Finance, Economics or Math/Science degree.
  • Qualified as a CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA.
  • Experience in the Technology, Management Consultation, Business Solutions or Project Management industry is an advantage.
  • Expert in executing a successful IPO processes and ability to support the company which are preparing for capital market transactions and setup for listing on the parallel financial market (Nomu).

Job skills qualification:

  • Excellent leadership skills and proven ability to lead teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law & risk management practices
  • Highly Strategic thinking.
  • Decision Maker.
  • Corporate Finance – Skilled at fund-raising with Institutional Investors, PE, IPO and lines of credit
  • Deals with banks, facility negotiations, & latest technology implementations
